Dear colleagues and friends,

With the current Covid 19 pandemic we made the full discussion in ANSSH EC and decided to cancellthe ICANS conference on July 9-12, 2021 in Taipei.I hope the pandemic recover very soon and we can have the ICANS 2023 and 2025 inSingapore and/or in Taipei.

I thank for Professor Kuo for his great effort toprepare ICANS conference 2021. Yours faithfully,
