Dr. LEE welcomed members to the meeting.

Dr. CHAUNCHAIYAKUL completed his term as the President of ANSSH. Appointment holders were elected for the new term (2021 to 2023):

-       Dr. KUO (President)

-       Dr. LEE (President Elect)

-       Dr. DABAYEBEH (Secretary General)

Dr. CHAUNCHAIYAKUL would serve as an Honorary President.

Newly proposed EXCO members, including a student member, were inducted into the EXCO:

-       Dr. Kuo-Chin HUANG (Taiwan)

-       Dr. Futoshi OGITA (Japan)

-       Dr. Hideo HATTA (Japan)

-       Dr. Ayesha Salem AL DHAERI (UAE)

-       Dr. HARDINSYAH (Indonesia)

-       Dr. Mahenderan APPUKUTTY (Malaysia)

-       Mr. Mury KUSWARI (Student member; Indonesia)

Certificates would be issued for the new term.

Dr. KUO and Dr. DABAYEBEH to

follow up with the new certificates.

Dr. SINGH would retire from ANSSH. EXCO members thanked him for his faithful service and dedication to Malaysia and internationally over the past few decades, wishing him good health and success.

Dr. KUO informed that Dr. HSU would also step down from the EXCO.

Dr. CHAUNCHAIYAKUL proposed the inclusion of another student to the EXCO prospectively.

The new EXCO would comprise 20 members in total.

Dr. LEE introduced the ANSSH 2023 Congress in 2023 which was further supplemented by Dr. BHASKARAN.

Dr. BHASKARAN. confirmed that her institution Temasek Polytechnic would host the event from 19 to 21 July 2023.

Speakers for this Congress could include previous speakers secured by Dr. KUO for the previously organised edition in 2020.

Suggestions included were as follows:

-       Insertion of the word “Performance” into the Congress theme.

-       EXCO members to acquire their local gifts as token of appreciation for guest speakers at the Congress.

Dr. KUO would introduce Herbalife to sponsor the student EXCO member and another 2 more students for the ANSSH 2023 Congress.

Dr. LEE and Dr. BHASKARAN

would follow up with Dr. KUO on the previously secured speakers.

In addition, Dr. LEE and Dr.

BHASKARAN

would follow up with Dr. Singal of ISAM to explore a combined Congress with ISAM.

Dr. KUO to link Herbalife to Dr. LEE and Dr.

BHASKARAN

Potential hosts for ANSSH Congress in 2025 and 2027 hosts were as follows:

-       ANSSH 2025: South Korea/Middle East/Indonesia

-       ANSSH 2027: Malaysia

Dr. PARK would discuss with Dr. SONG.

Dr. DABAYEBEH would discuss with Dr. AL DHAERI.

Dr. PARK, Dr. DABAYEBEH, Dr.

LEE and Dr. HAMZAH would report to Dr. KUO and Dr.

DABAYEBEH by

end of 2021 to confirm their

commitments.
