Professor Ayesha Al Dhaheri serves as an Advisor to the Vice Chancellor's Office at the United Arab Emirates University. Her previous roles include Associate Provost for Student Affairs (2020-2022), Vice Dean of the College of Food and Agriculture (2017-2020), and Chair of the Nutrition and Health Department (2012-2017). She is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London, Coordinator for MEFOODS and GULFOODS for FAO-Rome, and President of the Emirates Nutrition Association. From 2012 to 2015, she led the World Health Organization's Collaborating Centre in Nutrition, working to raise awareness about the prevention and treatment of nutrition-related diseases. Professor Al Dhaheri has made significant contributions to nutritional research and has been recognized by the WHO as a Regional Facilitator since 2007. She is currently supervising PhD students in the Nutritional Sciences program.
